Funny anywhere to stay in Shreveport that is safe, clean, and to not completely run down outside of the casinos is very difficult. I took a chance on this place and it was a good place to stay. The room was clean and it was quiet. The pricing was good and I felt safe being right next to a police substation. The location is perfect for flying out of town. We will stay here again.

I don't post many reviews anymore, but this place has been on point every time we have stayed. When my husband was in Willis Knighton for a month after his heart attack, we tried a few different places around Shreveport, this one has definitely been our favorite. The staff is always wonderful and the rooms are clean.

This is a hidden gem. Always clean and with a welcoming attendant at the front desk. If you are driving a truck try to get here by 1 pm, after that you might not get a spot unless you’re bobtailing. The room are cool with nice carpeting throughout the hotel. Doors lock properly after you exit. No noise complaints concerning its near the airport. I’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years. And when in the area this is always FIRST CHOICE and early check in has never been a problem.

Nice hotel, really kind staff and great breakfast. Room was clean, pool looked clean and inviting but it was too cold to swim. Breakfast was delicious and free. Staff all seemed to really care about their jobs and it showed.

I fully enjoyed my stay at Clarion Pointe Shreveport West. The staff was amazing, professional, and helpful. The rooms were updated, clean, and modern. The Assistant Manager Anish was soo kind and friendly!! Chaka at the front desk was very helpful and lovely!! The breakfast was excellent as well with good variety. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shreveport.

We had a great one night stay here. Their Pet deposit was reasonable and the rooms were very clean. We ordered DoorDash and ate by the pool and that was a nice touch. A police substation is right next-door, so we felt pretty safe. The only negative thing that I can think to mention is that the pet areas were very small. Front desk staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
